Running 2-5 ads for each agent every month then recording the results for them to go over. With continuous posting and running ads their social media performance increase exponentially.

Instagram

Although Instagram is not the main target audience for all agents, still important to capture any potential leads. Luxury agents tend to perform better on Instagram verses Facebook.

Digital Media

Updating and running management for premier clients custom websites, monthly newsletters, Google ads, and Google Business profiles. 

Websites

Designing the user experience with custom Moxi powered websites for the higher tiered clients. Running SEO management on all websites. Must stay on brand with the parent company, Coldwell Banker but also be custom to the agents branding to stand out from all other agents. Can do custom or templated sections as well as inputting custom coding to get specific ideas to work.  

Newsletters

Created custom monthly newsletters for the agents. Would be sent out to their sphere of influence that they got from marketing online and throughout their career. Would design the sections in Adobe Illustrator then upload them into the newsletter format to send out to their potential leads. The entire newsletter would always link back to their website or to their listings.

In 2022 alone, this one clients ads were seen over 40,000 times and clicked on 7,342 times. The average Click-Through Rate on Facebook is .9% - this clients one was 18%!  

 

That's not even mentioning Google Ads - in 2022,  this Google ad was seen over 122,000 times. Their Click Through Rate was 3.15% the average on Google is 1.91%. To summarize, their Facebook, Instagram, AND Google ads are all performing above the national average.
